James was born and grew up in and around Shropshire. Moving to Devon in his early 20s.
Spending a lot of time in the contrast of soft countryside and the harder edge of industry, his current series of work is the process of creating something beautiful out of pre-warn industrial materials.
With the bespoke furniture, he likes to utilise used and reclaimed materials to create stunning one off pieces.
